at least as a driving machine....120 thousand miles of so damn much fun
..fasssssssssssssssst ..............loud .....................sun roof......and
a
super muffler pack from them Midas boys... But it finally gave way and is
behind the wall ....and so .. in silent prayer ...we bid you a fond farewell...
taking 1000's of miles and memories with you to an unknown future...may your
parts find a good home. Amen.

Finally retired the wife's '92 Park Ave Ultra at the end of  last year with
215,000 on it.  Donated it to the local Rescue Mission - still running
strong.

Mr.G's company car is a '95 Buick Regal with 223,000 miles on it...
still looks great, and runs well too.

i can feel your pain, there have been a couple of favorites, like you said "
taking 1000's of miles and memories with you to an unknown future" that i
had to let go of over the years.  kick back and remember all good times,
before you know it a new favorite will come your way, adding yet another
chapter.

peace...

This sounds like how I felt when my 80 Celica went away
at 297K.  If it helps any, I have a friend that is close
to finishing a restoration of an 89 Mitsu.
