David Hutto's engine blew while he was leading at lap 38 and thus Huffman
inherited the lead and cruised to the win in the NASCAR Goody's Dash Series
Star Drywall 125 at Louisville Motor Speedway.
Pole sitter and early leader Ricky Bryant was second, followed by RASN
favorite Ned Combs, B.J. Mackey, and Eddie Kelley.
Chris Hall was 10th and now trails Donnie Apple by eight points in the
rookie of the year race with three races left.
In the overall standings, Huffman leads by 409 points.
(Nothing can stop her, nothing can touch that 409...giddyup giddyup 409)
So if Huffman starts two of the last three races, he wins the championship.
Louisville is the longest trip for the Dash teams this year, so only 18
cars showed up. Look for a much better car count at the next race
October 3 at Volusia County FL.
