Sorry if this post appears twice, I've been having trouble lately with my
server and I don't think the last one went, so here goes.

Due to a total lack of Canadian Media coverage, I didn't get to see the
race on Sunday.  I did, however, watch Raceday at 10 PM to see what
happened and I thought I saw Ernie Irvan near the front of the pack.  Was
he there at all?  If so, I read results on NASCAR Online this AM and saw
he finished 42nd.  Any small recap or detail would be appreciated.

Thanks

Unfortuately his transmission let go about mid-way through the race.
I think he made it up as high as 4th before he fell out.

Ernie broke a transmission near the end of the race and was behind the
wall for a while in order to fix it.  That's why he ended up in the
back.

Ernie was doing great until around the half way point, I was at the race
and likewise, I didn't know what happened and was upset. After the race
I found out he had transmission problems. The road course will do that!
