He won the points for the super speedways last year could that have been
why???

ive always thought that the biggest part of gordons success is being on the
best team in nascar. i think DW could win another championship in the 24
car. we saw what he could do in the 1 car. imagine if he was with an even
better team. hell, i think just about any driver could win races in the 24.
maybe not as many, maybe even more, depending on which driver we are
talking about.

Actually I think it has less to do w/ the team than the chemistry between
Gordon and Everham (sp?)... w/o their chemistry, they'd just be another
big budget team ala Yates/Roush/Childress

I was listening to an Indy radio staion after the Brickyard and they were
saying many F1 drivers ARE invited. As are many other drivers from many
other series. The drivers either refuse, have contractual commitments...or
this one...they want bookoo bucks (for which they are turned down).
