probably would have better records in groups on the Conmebol model.
Last time France played Brasil they beated it 3-0, so saying the
chances were still 100% is biased.

UEFA seeds the group, but there is always a big team not seeded, not
considering good teams like Portugal or Romania.
Brasil could be included in a group of 5 with England, Portugal,
Slovenia, Malta. Still good chances of qualifying, but 100%...
