I would like to put up my hand right now and state that I am possibly
the only person in the world that thought that the cream suits looked
quite classy.  Well, except the one on Ruddock.  But then, I couldn't
see them letting everyone go out in black bin liners just to suit him.

Did anyone hear the news of how the North-east is the most fashionable with
regards to football fans? I thought the north-east was a place devoid of
unemployment and opportunities. So why are the people wearing Armani,
Lauren, Stone Island etc? It always seem that families short of money can
somehow afford the price of over-expensive clothes yet I am unbothered to
wear anything with a label on despite the fact that we have a much better
income than a lot of these families.

Devoid of unemployment eh?

So why are the people wearing Armani,

Your argument is so devoid of any factual basis that I really shouldn't
respond, but, what the hell.
You have obviously learnt all you think you know about the North East from
the Evening Standard or some other crappy southern publication and as such
don't know what you're talking about. You seem to assume that the entire
population of the North East (and possibly the North as a whole) survives
on a low income. I suppose you also think we all breed pigeons and have
whippets, wear flat caps and work down the pit (I used to, but that's
another story) and say "ecky thump" at every opportunity.

You're talking out of your arse basically. Cheers.

Oh you do, do you.  And how much better does it have to be to keep up
with the cost of living as compared with that of the North (East)?
