I don't think any team was such an overwhelming favorite, with the
exception of Hungary. But Brazil were at home and had no injuries
(Puskas was injured for Hungary in the 54 final), unless you count
Tesourinha not being available due to a minor injury but I'm not sure
he would have been called up.
