ATHENS, Greece (AP)- Croatian striker Goran Vlaovic is moving from
Valencia in Spain to Panathinaikos Athens
for a reported $5.5 million over four years.

Vlaovic, 28, joined Valencia in 1996 and scored 17 goals in 72 games
with the team. A member of the Croatian team
that finished third in the 1998 World Cup, he will replace fellow
Croatian Aljosa Asanovic who left Panathinaikos this
season.
