Otofinals, second legs (away goals count):

CA Lans (ARG) 1-1 LDU (Quito-ECU)
[Santiago Salcedo 76' - Claudio Bieler 72'; agg.: LDU 5-1]
A fantastic curled free kick by Bieler went around the wall and
just inside the post. Salcedo headed in a Salvio cross for a
  consolation.

 Gois (Goiania-BRA) 3-1 Cerro Porte?o (Asuncin-PAR)
  [Felipe 42', 71', Lo Lima 80' - Carlos Recalde 69'; agg.: 3-3;
   Cerro advance on away goals]
Leandro Eusbio headed a long ball over the defense and
Felipe completed past the 'keeper. Gois went a man down
with verton's sending off late in the first half. Recalde's great
first time shot frustrated Gois' comeback, but the home team
still had time to score two through a nice individual play by
Felipe and a header by Lo Lima and left the pitch under
  applauses.

 Unin Espa?ola (Santiago-CHL) 2-2 Vlez Sarsfield (BA-ARG)
[Jorge Ampuero 21', Gustavo Canales 41' - Leandro Caruso 47',
   83'; 1st leg: Vlez 5-4]
Unin again left the win escape between their fingers and were
eliminated. An exchange of passes by Unin was broken by
the opposite defense but Ampuero sent a low first time shot on
the rebound to put the Chileans ahead on away goals. Canales
completed a cross by Estvez to make it 2-0. Another strong
first time low shot put Vlez back in the game and a late
header by the same Caruso gave them a quarterfinal spot.

 Fluminense (R Janeiro-BRA) 4-1 Alianza Atltico (Sullana-PER)
  [Conca 41', Alan 59', 69', 79' - Marcio Valverde 17' (PK); agg.: Flu
6-3]
Fabinho handled in the box and Valverde converted. Conca
repeated the fantastic free kick of the first leg to put Flu ahead
again on away goals. The Peruvians got somehow out of control
and started collecting red cards and making unjustifiably hard
tackles. Flu were down to 10 men and Alianza down to 8 by the
end of the match. Promising youngster Alan received a great
pass by Conca and rounded the 'keeper before tapping in his
goal. Substitute Adelson scored a pair when Fluminense were
already waltzing around a reduced Alianza team.

Complying with the text below, the lines above should obviously read:

  [Conca 41', Alan 59', Adelson 69', 79' - Marcio Valverde 17' (PK);
   agg.: Flu 6-3]
