Nitpicking. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think it's clear in the above
chronicle that in fact I still didn't win T4, and that El Kot's
disqualification*and* not finishing last opened an extra promotion spot. I
mean, it's clear in our minds, but someone else could understand that I
ended up winning the Tier and wonder what El Kot has to do with anything! ;)

I don't mind different leagues, but no lower divisions please!!!

One thing I've always stuck solid with is never tip/bet on sports/teams you
know nothing about, unfortunate that a few of the rounds I had absolute no
idea what was going on, there's so much homework you can do, it's a problem
in that I've never seen any of the teams play, nor know a single player...
some were even from lower divisions... what the hell?

As if it wasn't hard enough already...

Legit excuses, I think the first two rounds were with relatively familiar
teams, the last four... well, coin toss!!!

You're welcome, and indeed your note allows the Chronicles to be way better.

You're totally right. Is it clear in the following version?

"[...] But then the following things happen: Scrutineer loses all three
matches so he loses the top place; El Kot refuses to play but doesn't finish
last (and it happens because the very last match of these Tiers is won by
the means of a 92' comeback goal), so another promotion slot from Tier 4 is
created; Clement gets that slot because he scores more points than anyone
else in last three Tier 4 matches. I.e. Scrutineer remains in Tier 3,
Clement is promoted to Tier 3, they will play each other next season."
