Knowing Mourinho here is what I think is likely to happen.
First of all Mutu has to realise that mourinho unlike Rainieri does
not rotate the squad as often and I I previously said Mourinho has
built a "spine" of 5 or 6 players for the team around which he
sometimes rotate players but players like Cech, Terry, Ferreira,
Makelele, Lampard and Drogba were always in there althoguh the man
next to them might change there was a clear "basis" for the starting
Xi which received few alteration at a time where a new coach is trying
to bring consistency to a team he's only ben managing for a fewmonths.
Mourinho prizes discipline, believe me he does not like this sort of
Mutu outbursts for it gives the impression the locker-room is out of
control and gives other players a precedent.
Mutu will be fined and it's possible Mourinho will send him to train
with the reserve team for a couple of weeks. He'll expect Mutu to
apologise to him and the entire staff and team for his outburts for it
creates unnecessary media attention around a close knit group that
above all wants peace and quiet to develop their work.
Mutu blew his top too soon, all he had to do his keep giving 100% in
practice and sooner or later his chance would have arrived whether
because Mourinho felt he was ready, there was a need to rest one of
the forwards or because of injury (such as now to Kezman and Drogba),
if Mourinho after a fw months didn't think Mutu had what it takes h
would not stand in the way of him brign transfrered in January.
But the washing of dirty laudnry in public and destabilizing the squad
is something that mourinho will not allow and will hand Mutu a heavy
fine and further punishment.
Mourinho has a history of this, he punsihed Victor baia, Carlos
Alberto, etc, in the end everybody comes together klike a family, Mutu
just needs to swallow his prie, apologise and wait his turn like a
professional, after all Chelsea pays his salary not Romenia.
