I called HSE, and in New Mexico they can be received in:

Roswell, Clovis, Carlsbad, Artesia, and Hobbs. (ie. along the eastern border
with Texas).

Any information about bars etc. showing the game in one of the above cities would
be greatly appreciated. Surely Roswell is big enough for that kind of thing (and
only 3 hours' drive from here).

Prime Sports Network - Rocky Mountains shows the game in the following Northern
NM towns: Espanola, Santa Fe, Raton, Farmington, and Gallup. My request in the
previous paragraph extends to all these towns.
