Frankly, anyone who has had the displeasure of continuing to support the
Saints over the last two seasons must be feeling rather exhilirated at
present. Not only have we beaten one of the country's best teams at the
moment but we're out of the bottom three for the first time in God knows
how long.
Those of us who have stuck with the club (even from a distance like me) can
only be encouraged that events are finally turning in our favour.
Realistically, I don't think we can hope for much better than a mid-table
finish but that's fine by me for this season.
So all you doubters can go off and moan about something else for a while.
For this week at least SOUTHAMPTON ARE BACK!!
