It was a classic Gerrard dive, the comentator even made mention of it.

I wouldn't care about it either way if it weren't for the way he
sanctimoniously talks about others' dives.

TBH, I thought Donovan had one just about as soft earlier in the game.

Saw the highlights...  it was pretty obvious from down here as well.

He just dove at the end of their defeat to Arsenal, as well... and got a
free kick.  There'll be much Merseyside moaning about Fabregas' arm (in
front of his forehead) on the free kick, but it never should have been
