We are currently looking for VisionPLUS Client Service Executive/
Business Analysts for our UAE operation with the following skill set
and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
* Excellent Visionplus knowledge required
* Good Credit Card Industry knowledge required
* Client Facing experience required
* Ability to work independently using own initiative
"Business as Usual" problems resolution and support of
client queries. This will involve:
1. In-depth investigation and analysis of client problems
2. Communication of analysis to client and FDI technical and business
3. Analysis of solutions provided by technical staff
4. Consultation on how to test solutions
5. Detailed communication to clients on progress and resolution
Primary contact for clients for all their day to day issues
Undertake Service Reviews with client
Will be required to travel to client sites on a monthly basis
Will be asked to participate in training existing staff
High standard reporting and issues tracking ability.
Provide data analysis and statistics.
Involvement and support of client projects
Advanced university degree in a relevant field, such as Computer
Science, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or proven
ability to perform the tasks required by the position.
Good to proficient knowledge of MS Office is required.
Communication Skills and Languages
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
required. Arabic or Urdu language skills advantageous.
Domain : Banking
Experience Required: Min. 3 to 5 yrs of exp. in a Financial
