Superligaen round 11

Warning: do _not_ read this. You'll be far better off reading
some reports on this weeks Bundesliga matches instead.

10/10
13.30: Viborg - Lyngby          1 - 1 (1-1)       Att. 2026
       1-0 Jesper Schau ('14)
       1-1 S?ren Lyng ('38)
[Best players were the two keepers, and that should tell you
 enough about that match.]

13.30: Ikast - N?stved          5 - 2 (3-1)       Att. 2004
       0-1 Marek Czakon ('7)
       1-1 Ove Hansen ('16)
       2-1 Ove Hansen ('25)
       3-1 Markus Pedersen ('29)
       4-1 Ove Hansen ('61)
       4-2 Alex Nielsen ('85)
       5-2 Thomas Mathiesen ('89)
[A very important win for Ikast against a weak N?stved side. Only
action worthy of mentioning was from around the 4th goal. Lars
Jakobsen from N?stved made a caution worthy foul, but referee
Lamb?k used the advantage rule and Markus Pedersen could score.
Lamb?k then gave Jakobsen a warning - referees should use that
rule this way more often. I was disappointed at the crowd for
this match - the smallest crowd of the season should _not_ come
after a run of 5 matches undefeated, including an away win against
the defending champions the week before.]

13.30: OB - FC K?benhavn        1 - 0 (0-0)       Att. 5660
       1-0 Jess Thorup
[This so-called top match was decided on a defensive error.
A shot from Brian S*** Nielsen was deflected by a FCK
player, but that was no cause of concern as Diego Tur had
plenty of uppertunity to kick the ball away, but instead
he just put it down, so that Jess Thorup could score easily.
Unflatteringly as this goal may seem, OB fully deserved their
win, and FCK is suddenly to find in the relegation battle.]

13.30: Br?ndby - Silkeborg      3 - 0 (1-0)       Att. 7268
       1-0 Jesper Kristensen ('27)
       2-0 Keld Bordinggard ('69, og)
       3-0 Thomas Th?gersen ('77)
[Yet another even match with Silkeborg as participant, but
this time their opponents had the luck. And luck was really
a major factor in this much needed Br?ndby win: the first
goal was scored directly on a corner, the second was an
own goal and the last was rebound from a bad save. But I
think Silkeborg deserved to be on the losing side after
having won so many close matches - and they are still on top
so don't fell sorry for them yet.]

13.30: AaB - AGF                4 - 1 (2-0)       Att. 5300
       1-0 Henrik Rasmussen ('28, pk)
       2-0 Peter Rasmussen ('32)
       3-0 Henrik Vandet ('59)
       4-0 Erik Bo Andersen ('75)
       4-1 Martin Nielsen ('82, pk)
[The sandwiches that gets served in the "VIP" room in Aalborg, during
the break, were a disaster. And so was the match. It started out well
enough, with some good AGF attacks and Lars Larsen should have scored.
AaB didn't produce much in the way of dangerous attacks in the first
30 minutes, but they did have one good attack after 28 minutes, where
Peter Rasmussen suddenly decided to fall down, and Peter Mikkelsen
fell for it. Penalty. This combined with the second goal just 4 minutes
later was too much the young AGF side. Missing Henrik Mortensen,
having played 120 minutes of cup this Wednesday, the team collapsed.
The players were just walking around instead of running and nothing
worked. It was a pain to watch. It wasn't made better by the fact that
AaB played their best match this season.]

Silkeborg              11   7  2  2  25 - 13 16  (-1)
OB                     11   6  3  2  15 - 8  15  (-2)
FC K?benhavn           11   5  2  4  13 - 13 12  (-4)
AaB                    11   3  5  3  17 - 12 11  (-6)
Lyngby                 11   3  5  3  12 - 19 11  (-5)
