..nor do i support italy. but in all honesty, they were robbed today. they
had ANOTHER offsides call go against them, their star player was red-carded
unnecessarily, and their opponents were allowed to foul without any
repercussions. just absolutely disgraceful refereeing...

I do agree... the referee didn't do them justice.

However, I HATE the negative Italian style of football.  They bore me...
always defensive, even with their talent.  I'm not sorry that they are gone.
They lost the last three World Cup tournaments on penalties.  That tells you
something about their style.

Thanks. At least their is one idividual that saw the game as it was
played.  Fifa are disgrace.  This is a fixed world cup. Brazil 5 time
champion. Congratulations.

I don't mind losing but to play every game against 12 individuals is a
joke. You guys are just being robbed by watching this ***as the winner
has already been decided.  Congrats BRAZIL.

You (eventually) get what you deserve in football. Italy played the way they
always do - totally negative after scoring. They could easily have beaten
Korea, but they reverted to type. Italy contrived to lose this game well
before Totti was sent off. I personally thought Totti was going down well
before any contact, which did come. Having watched him do the same against
my team Newcastle, a few years back, it was sweet, if late justice.

The arrogance of believing Korea would not get a goal was what killed Italy.
To say the ref did nothing against Korea, after he booked 4 of their
players, is a bit stupid.

I notice you don't want to blame Vieri at all, for surely the worst miss so
far.

Ciao!!

Strange idea.

It would be stupid if one hadn't seen the game.
