If you're Liverpool or Napoli: Deal or no deal?

LS 40m? No deal

But Andy Carroll might become available for a similar offer

Financially it probably makes sense--Arsenal would sell gladly (probably at half the price). My worry here is the LFC board currently doesn't have a football guy, Ayre is a commercial type, exactly the type of profile for which this makes perfect sense.

BUT it'd send a devastating message. As long as Suarez is under cotnract, even if he suddenly decides to leave, I'd keep him a season longer, and take the financial hit it entails.

We'd sell, not sure about half the price, depends how long he had on his
contract... we managed to sell a player with 10% of Suarez's quality for
25m, and he had a few years left on his contract...

The baggage that comes with Suarez is an issue... (Racist, Abuser, Biter,
Cheat, Hit/Miss)

He's the "buy out his contract" type I feel!!!
