USA beat Mexico just minutes ago to record a shocking upset over the
two-time Pan American games soccer champions! The last time the USA won
a medal in soccer was in 1959 with a bronze.

The score was tie 1-1 and the game went into overtime. During overtime,
the US team were awarded a free kick to the right of the goal box arc, and
the US's winning goal was when the ball flew over the wall and into the
upper right hand corner of the goal.

After the win, there was a scuffle started by the frustrated Mexicans
who tried to find a technicality to reply the game.
