Real Madrid wins another european title

This time is in basketball but the most laureate sports club in the world
keeps adding to its own legend. The eight times european basketball
champion and six times european soccer champions just added a THIR***
basketball european championship to the already filled to capacity trophy
room of Real Madrid.  We've got more silverware than then entire nation of
South Africa.

Cheers,

Yeah, that's fine, but if you need to talk about others sports for Real Madrid trophy, maybe you don't believe they can win the Liga ?

Well they've done it 26 times already so what makes you think we don't
trust the team to make it a 27th time?. Things are looking pretty good but
it is true that Barca has improved tremendously since Bobo Robson found
out he had a bald player called De La Pena on the bench. The match in the
Nou Camp will be decisive for the m***of both teams. Still I think Real
will win.....again.

The match in Nou Camp will be an exhibition. Today's matches
sealed the deal for Real Madrid.
  Real Madrid 4, Sevilla 2
Valladolid  3, Ronaldo, oops, Barcelona 1

Real is ten points clear with 8 matches left.

Substituting Suker might have improved matters for this game, but what
about the previous games he played this season, scoring goal after
goal? If anyone thinks Real would be in first place right now without
him, they're crazy.

Narrow-minded Capello obviously has something personal against Davor,
and now is going to make it look like he wasn't even a factor in this
years success....easy to do when you're 10 points up with only a few
games left. What a joke.

Suker deserves better. Here's hoping he leaves for England, and leaves
Real Madrid suffering next season.

  Barcelona.

When I come to Madrid in October, I hope to see Capello on
the bench as well. Are he and Raul getting along? I guess so
since Real just recently signed him to a long deal.

Two important things about this match:

1. Suker is done in Real Madrid. Capello's decision to substitute Davor in
the 33rd minute of the first half is basically the death sentence for the
croatian in Madrid specially considering that things did improve a lot
with Suker off the field (Batistuta is the first option for next season
specially if Capello is on the bench next year).

2. Capello's incredible emotive reaction to Hierro's third goal after
being down 0-2 showed Fabio's true colors. I just don't see Fabio letting
other coach win next year's Champions League with Real Madrid.

No it is NOT the european championship Real had won. It is the european
cup winners cup!
The european championship will be won in a couple of weeks by
the Greek sensation Olympiakos!!!

We also need to address their gross ignorance regarding geographical
regions and raw materials.  Perhaps it is a just Spanish thing but we have
the error of,

Argentina (Latin Argentum?) and La Plata

when the silver is/was in Bolivia, Peru, and Mexico.
Now we have,

South Africa and silver

During nine*** years of living in South Africa never once did anyone refer
to South Africa as being famous for silver production.  Gold is the raw
material for which South Africa is famous along with the other "precious"
metals (platinum, uranium, etc.)

Strange this Silver/Spanish connection?!?  Perhaps Ariel could dissertize
upon it to enlighten us as it does involve Argentina.
