QF tickets in SF wanted...

I really didn't think I'd be asking this, but...

I've decided to try to make it possible for my two daughters to go to
the QF game at Stanford. To be truthful, I'm looking for the cheapest
tickets possible. I need two tickets. I've already got two cat I tickets
for my wife and myself.
Since our two daughters will be Juniors next year, Jean and I thought it
might be a good time to let them visit some of the campuses in the
Bay area. They currently have their hearts set on playing at the University
of Portland, but I'd like them to see some other options.

thanks,
jimd

Wow, another first, responding to my own posting...

After I wrote this message I decided to find what games were sold out
at Stanford Stadium. I called the 'FUN' number and after pushing 1 many
times I heard that there were 2 or three games that still had individual
tickets (whatever that means), but the QF was sold out. I then got to
hear the number for ordering the tickets (1-800-769-1994). I decided
what the heck, and called the number figuring the least they would do
is tell me the tickets are sold out and to go away. But, WRONG, it seems
there were tickets at both the $55 and $80 categories (II & III).
I ordered 2 and even got them together. The ticket droid then told
me that the tickets would be sent out the first of June (Wow I wonder
where HE'S at (-8 ).

So, even though you hear that the tickets are sold out the best thing
to do is keep trying.

This has been a personal testimonial from:

PS And the funny thing is, is that these tickets may be a better location
   then my cat I tickets...
   (stay tuned)
