Why no Scottish fixtures on Sep 17th?

My fixture list shows a blank Saturday in Scotland on September 17th. Does
anyone know why this is? Could it be to allow us to prepare to take on the
mighty Faroe Islands?

I think there are vast quantities of B & Q cup games on that weekend.

Hearts v *UNITED*
Falkirk v Rangers
Motherwell v Hibs

Apparently, the B&Q Cup is breaking new ground on Saturday - by playing on a
Saturday... We are at Stranraer :-(

These are the Premier fixtures, the other Divs are taking a week of to allow
