While there were only three regular season games played by Northeast Division
teams this weekend, they were all exciting, hard-fought affairs. The Jersey
Dragons outlasted the Boston Storm on a late goal from Saline Nene, three
minutes before the end of the game. The North Jersey Imperials outscored the
New York Fever 5-3 to win on Friday night. Greg Bajek led the Imperials with
two goals, while Patrick O'Kelly, John Diffley and Andrew Williams added one
each. Mickey Kydes, Jorge Acosta and Seamus *** got the Fever goals in the
loss. The Connecticut Wolves, behind goals from John Maessner and Stephen
Coxon, shut out the Philadelphia Freedom in Connecticut this weekend.
