Wales: Leigh Halfpenny (Blues); Alex Cuthbert (Blues), Jonathan Davies (Scarlets), Jamie Roberts (Blues), George North (Scarlets); Dan Biggar (Ospreys), Mike Phillips (Bayonne); Gethin Jenkins (capt, Toulon), Richard Hibbard (Ospreys), Adam Jones (Ospreys), Alun Wyn Jones (Ospreys) Ian Evans (Ospreys), Sam Warburton (Blues), Justin Tipuric (Ospreys), Toby Faletau (Dragons).
Replacements: Ken Owens (Scarlets), Paul James (Bath), Scott Andrews (Blues), Andrew Coombs (Dragons), Aaron Shingler (Scarlets), Lloyd Williams (Blues), James Hook Perpignan), Scott Williams (Scarlets).
Warburton at 6, Tipuric at 7, Faletau at 8..... Monster back row
Jenkins, Hibbard, Jones top drawer front row. Geth an auxiliary 7 much like Cole
AWJ and Evans at lock not too shabby
An edge for Wales in the pack...on paper at least
Phillips and biggar at half back...effective if not threatening
Roberts and Davies brick wall defensively
Wingers.... Big men on top form
Halfpenny, the sooner he signs for Leicester the better :-p rapidly becoming a legend
Overall, the quality of the attacking and defensive units in the backs gives Wales an edge in my opinion. But if the England backs that beat the ABs show up, it could be a long day for Wales. Big if.
Can't wait. I hope we get a game worthy of the occasion.
