Putting your opinions out right now is all well and good, but how about
backing them up with some reasons? Any fool can predict their favourite
teams will win, but can you convince us why it should be so. Auckland
cannot rely on non-contested scrums for the rest of the Super 12. They
are not the force they once were. Other teams have better line-ups and
no-one lacks motivation when playing the Dorks. As for the All Blacks,
perhaps you could explain what magic new midfield pairing is about to
restore the All Black backline to potency. Perhaps you could touch on
the form of Marshall and Merhtens. Is Australia weakened by their injury
toll? Is the injection of politically correct black talent into the
Bokke the death knell for their World Cup defence?
And while you're at it, how about a name? I have been involved in rugby
for 36 years and I have only ever come across one person known by a
single letter. So what does Z stand for -- Zorro?
