John Hart to blame

Get with it people. If Laurie Mains had coached the allblacks
yesterday,he would have been the scapegoat.Hart hasnt had a mention.Hes
lacking innovation.Hes been on the pigs back, developing Mains ideas. When
he has to do something for himself, the flaws start  to show.Sure he got
a good test record, but hey, other countries have once again wised up.Does
he have what it takes to bring home the cup?I have my doubts. He should
swallow his pride and ask Laurie for some help.

This posting gets the "Blond of the week award"!
If you were a horse they would shoot you and put you out of your utterly miserable
existance. Why don't you take up embroidery, more your style I think.

This is quite an outspoken statement. I will acknowledge that Mains
formed the framework for the excellent 96-97 season by selecting a great
WC team that comprised of players of high calibre such as Lomu, Merthens
and Kronfeld. Although Hart did consolidate on this greatly, the
culmilation of elements such as risk (Bunce last year) and strategy has
sahped him to be a great coach. I think this season will test thorougly
him.
