NEWSFLASH: Cullen out for season

Post by Peter Fulch » Sat, 22 Feb 1997 04:00:00

Unconfirmed rumour: Christian Cullen is not suffering from food
poisoning (he spent two days in a Brisbane hospital this week) but rather an
unnamed stomach viral complaint which has the Hurricanes medical staff
"highly concerned" and may keep him out for the rest of the season...and
certainly for the Hong Kong sevens (and possibly longer depending on the
muscular atrophy implications of the complaint).

Stay tuned...
