They really took it to us.

White hot.

You can't play without the ball.

A fully professional performance.

Football was the winner.

--------------

It was a game of two halves.

--------------

The wheels fell off.

They really took it to us.

You can't play without the ball.

All credit to the opposition.

Next week's wooden-spooner between the former world champs & current W.E. cup
cup holders should be a close one. AND it's for world number 2 nation status!

I still pick the Yappies to take it after a see-saw struggle...

That's Japies with a J, and to you it's Mr Japie - besides we only have the
one, Japie Mulder.

Xenophobic as you may be, it is for second place in the Tri-nations (that
means three) not the world (that means more than three - I'd try to be more
specific but I understand from your posting that you count one, two, three,
lots....)

So this means, NZ a best out of 3, whereas SA are best out of the whole
lot. Frankly I'd rather be the latter than the former.

Ooops, yes sir; sorry sir; three bags full, sir!

|> and to you it's Mr Japie

<s***>  :)   Nice one!   ;-)

|> Xenophobic as you may be,

Actually, XenAphobic, if you were reading my earlier posts on such matters...

|> it is for second place in the Tri-nations

Absolutely-bootly!  Which means, (extending by linearity and completing by
continuity, as we say in the trade), for second (and third) place overall,
by almost unanimous rsru agreement.

|> (that means three)

*** IT!  I *knew* I shouldn't have chucked away those log tables...

|> not the world (that means more than three

Naaaah, it means a hierarchy, headed by we three... well 2.5, top teams.

|> but I understand from your posting that you count one, two, three, lots...)

No mate; that's the Aussies.  These facts are well-known around here.

<SNORT!>  Japian logic!

Presumably you think this means SA are still "top-of-the-world", in some
sense.  Well, who am I to disturb such pleasant fantasies?  Keep taking
the medication Mark, it'll be doing a power of good for your work-mates...
