Predictions for International matches on Saturday

Post by Stuar » Sun, 15 Nov 1998 04:00:00

According to my ratings (posted below) the matches this weekend should end
in the following results margins:

England to beat Netherlands by 67 points
South Africa to beat Wales by 46 points
Ireland to beat Georgia by 44 points.

Interestingly Ladbrokes are offering 5/6 on South Africa with only a 30
point head start for Wales. I think that`s where I`ll put my lottery 5 this
week.

Ratings for matches up to 31/10/98
To handicap any match add 5 points to the home sides rating and deduct the
rating for the away team.
Only have a bet if the bookmaker gives you a 6 point advantage or more.

Sods law states:
"As soon you post anything to a newsgroup you are going to look a complete
ass, as everything that you post goes pear shaped"

Wales were better than expected and Netherlands were worse than
expected...what can I say?

"Sorry, I may have given the impression that I know what I'm talking about,
I now understand that I am in fact a bit simple"?

Netherlands worse than expected?

Jesus.
