Where I live, it means the intersection is with a railway line :-)

If they were proper students, you'd notice there was something wrong
because there wouldn't be a traffic light - instead there would be a
student bedroom looking like a red orange and green disco...

I guess they are describing a sequence of things that you should do
while pulling out of a certain type of parking space but it clearly says
in the question "BEFORE pulling out of a parking space...".

I found it badly worded and some answers are somewhat conflicting or
simply stupid. Is this a Californian test by any chance ? ;-)
