Product endorsement for Dave's foil hats

Post by buil » Thu, 05 May 2011 17:20:20

I have to put a word in for Daves tin foil hats. Mine, although rather
expensive has proved to work rather well. Today I peaked out from
under the nifty little peak he has designed into the hat and realised
that Williams now have a dossier of McLaren IP.

Thanks Dave the hat works great and reading other posts on RASF1
indicates you must be doing a roaring trade.

beers,

(and Ferrari's) but it is at least 2 years out of date

Yeah, and you've seen the performance of the current Williams, right?

Dave's hats are so effective details like that don't penetrate.

Which decade?

Seriously, my poor Williams are worrying me. It quite painful. Even
Gascoigne (Team Lotus) seemed down about where Williams are.

I first read this post when I was drunk so I assumed that was why I
didn't understand it.

Now I've read it sober and I *still* don't understand it!
Are you referring to Dave Baker's rather coherent post about the Bin
Laden affair?

Either I've missed something somewhere or I'm just thick.
Probably the latter ;)

Could be about Dave Melville?

I've had to tell Build I don't understand what he is getting at so many
times I now avoid it, for fear of convincing myself I am just thick too.

I feel as being the official build translator it is only fair that i confuse
both of you in these trying times. That post appeared shortly after Dave B's
little brain flash in the Bin Laden thread and i don't think Dave M has even
posted in that time.
So my vote is for Build's comment targeting Dave B, not M.

It was a continuation of Dave Melville's joke about foil hats some
time back. Obviously to far back.

If it is, I've no idea what the reference is.
