Congratulations are in order for JV and Damon. Especially Damon who
prooved his worth and a birth in F1 in 98. Tough look for the
Mclaren's. I think they have to get their reliability together as fast
circuits such as Monza can give them an oppertunity to win. Williams
appears to be getting their act together both in strategy and
performance, not forgetting Jonny Herbert who drove a smart race.

However what about the new ferrari, the L.W.F. as I prefer to call it.
It appears the car is faster and better balanced than the stock F310.
However the mere fact that Schumi spun twice in the car does leave
some unanswered questions. For instance the shifting of the weight of
the chassis may cause the car to loose balance if it clips the curve.
Or maybe the car unlike the Bennetons B194 and B195 cannot be drivven
on the limit as schumacher had claimed was possible with the Benneton.

What ever it is I would like to hear other views on this subject.
Reason being Schumacher is not known for making mistakes and hearing
he was involved in two spins on race weekend really got me thinking.

This should be an interesting thread...!

It could have something to do with the fact that Schumacher
has not got enough time to test the car before this
race weekend. He probably had to work out the limits
of the new chassis and the danger tomake a mistake is much
higher. The fact that he dominated the qualifying with the new
chassis shows that Ferrari might be on the right track.
Bad luck that he couldn't use the new car as expected.

I suppose, Ferrari will test a lot before Spa and use the
hard tyres in Belgium!:-)

I doubt it. The fact that this new chassis is faster and easier on
tires/tyres (so I heard) Ferrari will probably use the softer
Goodyears. I'd expect a backup car for Schumi within the next couple
of races as ferrari wants to win the drivers championship and at
faster tracks like Monza, I can't see them loosing.
