According to Thursdays Autosport magazine, Johnny Herbert
jumped the start of the Canadian G.P. As he was involved
in the first lap incident with Hakkinen, he obviously could
not perform a stop-go penalty. As a result, the FIA have
imposed a $10,000 fine, suspended for three races (
meaning he has to pay $10,000 if he jumps the start at any
of the next three G.P.'s in addition to the normal stop-go
penalty ).

 This has to be a joke. If you crash and can't do a penalty, you're
given it automatically?? If this is true, it only shows the FIA is
loosing it again...
