We wuz robbed.
This season comes only second to 1994 as the biggest letdown in recent
history....I'm not sure what annoys me the most, Ferraris total
incompetence in robbing themselves of their best chance of an F1 title
for years or the fact that the title goes to the driver who has made
most effort not to deserve it...while Hak drove well enough last year to
merit the 1998 title, this year has been a farce, involving much
throwing of his car off the track, crashing into his team-mate or
cruising around when he should have been fighting for places.
From a purely selfish point of view I would like to see MS and EI get
their points back so that the last race would be worth watching
unfortunately F1 would be the worse if they did...
(At least Franchitti had a good race)
