A track map including all top speeds, G-forces and gears by
Jordan-Peugeot is online (just for test) as well as the actual weather
report and forecast by CNN.

What a fine effort by the FOCD! Scanning one of the fine graphics from
Russell Lewis out of german Formel 1 Magazine, snipping all copyright
marks off and put it on the web. What the hell do you think does
COPYRIGHT stands for?

Russell has to make his living with his work, and should be at least
credited for it.

Cheap, Axel, very cheap

...but even isnt by auto, motor und sport in this special F1 edition.
These maps were officially published by Jordan-Peugeot who were credited
even by us, maybe that heve got paid by them.

We know its really hard to believe, especially in Switzerland ;-), that
we are cooperating with mags like ams, F1 Racing or even your beloved
"motorsport aktuell" and allowed to refer to or even publish extracts
and summaries by giving credits.

Itll be a pleasure to get in touch with Russel Lewis and to support his
work as we are going to support artists like Michael Turner, Nicholas
Watts, Rainer W. Schlegelmilch as well. BTW, the exhibition of Grand
Prix Sportique at 70th Anniversary of the Nurburgring was also arranged
by the Formula One Club Deutschland. Not that bad ?!

This is something you should ask your swiss colleague at:

A violation of Copyright in Switzerland, unbelieveable :-0

Are you trying to show us now your childish face? What the hell can I do
against copyright infringements? You might don't understand, but having
a .ch doesn't mean actually that someone has to be swiss or is living
there. It's just where the virtual mailserver is registered. BTW: Your
Server is registered and located within the USA and therefore you stuck
completely to US laws. Have fun!!!

Anyway, wasn't it you shouting out loud lately about all those dutch
webpages only copying stuff from each other and your site is the "ploe
position" (loved that spelling error)? Axel rules seems only to be
relevant to others...

I am terribly sorry Axel, i didn't knew you shameless lied to me. As you
may heard of "journalistische Sorgfaltspflicht" I called the MPS
Syndication today to check your story before writing (again?) something
wrong about you. They didn't know anything about a certain Axel Joachim
Zahn or Joachim G?rtner. And not about the FOCD, not about Rampante or
"European Ferrari". I then asked the friendly Misses if she can check
the adress database, maybe our Axel is using even more stupid names or
synonyms. She then found someone in Erkrath but it wasn't at the
Albrecht-Duerer-Strasse and there is no one from Erkelenz as well.

Can you explain that?
