Status quo (10% trailing throttle for all, unless I'm really confused)
for the rest of the weekend.

The FIA will go back to the pre-Silverstone (by which I assume they
mean Valencia no map changes between quali and race) rules for the
rest of the season if the teams agree unanimously.

I'm sure Red Bull and McLaren would agree, but surely unanimous is
unlikely? Ferrari look quite happy at the moment and someone down the
back of the grid might throw their weight around.

Keep in mind that it is Ferrari vote that matters.

Wait until we see a normal dry weekend, personally I think
RB is still 1 or 2 seconds away.
