JavaChat Live! and Eddie Irvine

JavaChat Live! and Eddie Irvine

Post by aaa2 » Wed, 02 Oct 1996 04:00:00

Hello! I've seen some of you come and go through the JavaChat Live.
Sadly we've not been in the room at the same time. There is now only
one room for the time being, and there will only be one room when
Eddie joins us live next week.

To give the JavaChat Live!  more of a test, I (or someone here) will
be in the room between roughyly 1-2pm BST (1400-1500 GMT) from now
thru Friday, so do join me if you can. Logon and enter the room, if I
am not there I wlill enter shortly after when I see someone has logged
on.

Please be patient as there may be some bugs, and do e-mail if you have
any problems. Netscape seems to be the most reliable browser when
using JavaChat Live!, we have experienced some problems with Explorer
(3.0). Also, we are trying to get Macintoshes (even with Netscape) to
work, but with little success so far - again, do report any
experiences (good or bad). Thanks.

Eddie Irvine will join us on the site from Tokyo on Wednesday 9th
September. The exact time will be announced shortly. Please e-mail any

Thanks
