Marriage and babies have slowed him to a crawl.

Like Alesi? There's not that big difference between the Benetton drivers.
Formula One need drivers like Berger badly. I think formula one have enough
of those babyface type drivers (nothing against Ralf Schumacher) but it's
important to have these "Charaktertypen" like Mansell (in his days).
