Aye well, there's this pub near me ... hang on, I've done this all
before;))  We can have a meet in Charney Bassett, which I recommend
because

a.  The village is ***in' gorgeous
b.  The food is cheap and good
c.  The beer is excellent
d.  The landlord is a mate of my brother's, and it is my local.

Paul and I got as far as the front door in the trial run yesterday,
and then realized that it didn't open until 12.00.  Which is when we
headed off to the Volunteer opposite the Willy factory.  Now, _that's_
a lovely pub, but a working man's pub IYSWIM, great fun to watch the
race in, signed pictures of the Button lad on the wall, definitely an
F1 attitude in there, but unfortunately doesn't do food.

Paul and I are up for another test run on Thursday, fancy coming along
Gartsa?

Eh?

You never told me to keep it secret, Glen, especially as we posted it
Sunday night.

Sorry if I've strayed...

Does that mean I don't get you all to myself, Glen ;-)

Just joking, it'd be really good to see you, Tony, and anyone else who's
within driving distance. Try and make it :-)

LOL!

You must be referring to me, Suze. I nominate myself for the official
rasf1 Sex God 2001 award...

Especially since I've now grown a goatee and, to quote a close friend,
look like Dab's son (slight exaggeration there...)

Where the feck is Charney Bassett...? If, as I suspect, it's more than
100m from here, I guess I'll have to wait until Le Mans, assuming he
finds his way there, of course...
