Indian team for LG Final

In all likelihood the team will be the same on the logic of not messing
with a winning combination.  Robin hasn't done much to date.  While this
may mean he is due for a good outing soon, India should give LRS a game
against Zimbabwe in his place.

Anyone know why Chopra came ahead of Bhardwaj (in batting) vs Kenya?

Dipak.

The comment is about the heading. Indians aren't assured of a place in the
final yet. They still have to win against Zim to be assured of that place. Of
course Indians do have to lose it pretty badly (losing like 200+ runs??? or
inside 15 overs).

Cheers,
Roshan

As much as I'd like to see Shuks get a game, on these wickets, I am not
sure what he'd be able to manage, with his style of bowling.

On the other hand (zips up his asbestos suit first), I happen to think
that the presence of Robin Singh on wickets like these is quite
superfluous. I'd rather we played an extra batsman (especially in the
final) since between Ganguly and the other part-time spinners, you
should have more than enough bowling options anyway.

They seem to see Chopra as the guy who can come in and whack it around
a bit. Especially after his innings against the WI in the Sing. final.
After Bharadwaj's superlative effort today, however, I suspect that
feeling may well change.

cheers,

Harish [who reckons India made far too much a struggle of it with their
batting in the first 40 overs]

What do you mean by "much-to-date". To be more precise, what is the
time window you are talking about?
