The WC pitches are too flat

The WC pitches are too flat

It is time for a total rethink on the pitches that have been prepared so
far.
South Africa never lost because of a poor bowling performance.
Their batting was pathetic on a wicket on which they should have scored 360
plus!!!!
This was proved by both Gibbs and Flemming with their individual superb
batting performances.
It would be so much more interesting on pitches which do a bit for the
bowlers.

But that has always been the nature of the OD game, the balance has been
restored a bit with the reintroduction of the bouncer but it is still
basically a game designed for the batsmen

***y awful batting to very good bowling on a flat pitch, look at
Australians batting in both these games, they batted with ease against 2
test bowling attacks

game
