Sweet Spot choice

Sweet Spot choice

I've heard commentators say that players will choose different bats for the
different grounds they play on. For example, when playing at the WACA, a
player will choose a bat with a higher sweet spot because of the higher
bounce of the wicket; in India, a player may choose one with a lower sweet
spot because of the lower bounce. How true is this in practice? How many cm
higher up a bat would the sweet spot be at the WACA compared to a average
bounce wicket (and how much lower for an Indian wicket)? Do many players
worry about this?
