Look at this bizzare situation folks- Flintoff is bowling to Warne.
It should be the other way- and in fact, Warne to Flintoff to
Sightscreen.
why can't we get some good batsmen to the crease...when will cricket
understand the need to be in step and toe with today and not 100 years
in the past.

It might be time to consider that your opinion on this matter isn't
necessarily shared by the majority of cricket fans.

The gist is that should be about real bowlers bowling to real batsmen, and
that anything else is a waste of time.  This would be achieved by having
enlarged squads in order that each team could play eleven specialist batsmen
and a whole battery of quick bowlers who would be given a new ball every
couple of overs, or something.

I wholeheartedly concur.  Incompetent batsmen such as Stuart Clark should
never be allowed onto the hallowed turf with a bat in their hand.

let's be fair.
Flintoff to Warne wasn't anything like as interesting as Anderson to
Clark
