Is that racist? Would it be racist if I called Indian cricketers "coolies"

I don't understand why the hell these morons of Indian origin even go
to
watch Indian cricketers. Why can't they stick their pussies up to their
adopted country? If India win, they will be all drooling up to their
idols
and if India lose, they will prove their real worth talking from their
arse.
I have seen lot of South Africans of Indian origin waving South African
flags when they are playing Aus. Why can't they stick to that? We
don't want another million moronic fairweather fans to be added to the
so-called Indian cricket fan club. We have enough of them already among

the billion here :).

Given the baggage of race history between people of Indian descent and
"whites", I would say that this term does conjure up racist images. If
a "white" person uses this expression against "people of color", it
would obviously generate more controversy, IMO, than when a "colored"
person uses it (just like an expression like "white trash" would
generate more controversy when mouthed by a "colored" person than when
uttered by a "white").
