I am of course counting Zimbabwe out. Even with them in, I think England
has a good shot.
Even if England loses to India, they will end up with 3 wins, and then if
Pakistan loses to India, England looks like they will make it.

It's just a TV thing.
It could be a case of being in the right place at the right time with the
right ball, right pitch and right climate to clock that ideal ball.
