Seriously though the wickets for this series have been on the slower
side and stokemaking has not been that easy even though Sehwag has
consistently scored at more than 4 an over. However, he was able to do
the same against New Zealand on bowling friendly tracks employing the
same bold tacticsthat he has in this series when the rest of the
Indian lineup was folding up like a pack of cards. SA has been
hampered by the absence of Nick Boje and the non-selection of Paul
Adams. These guys could have gotten far more purchase from these
tracks than the combination of Robin Petersen and Justin Ontong who
looked positively spooked when Sehwag went after him. I suspect they
were picked because of their batting skills lower down the order
