Dear Aussie fans:

Aus do not need to prove anyone that they are num:1 in the world, they
have been playing the best cricket ever for the last few years,
everyone knows that. The only thing they lack is ethics, and if they
cultivate that then this team might become the best ever sports team
ever lived on earth. There are some folks in the team who will not
make this happen, and there are some others like Brett Lee who is not
a captian or vice captian.

I used be very good at soccer in my young days, and was the captain
for several years to lead my side. I was too aggressive and have done
some not-so-m***things to make my team win. I repent that now years
later. When I now talk to friends who were part of the opponent teams,
though we share jokes of those older days I really feel small on the
things I have done.

Dear Indian fans:

The current situation demands India to strongly protest against the
Bhajji issue, but to continue the tour despite the umpiring decisions.
The BCCI head Sharad Pawar I know has a cool head between his
shoulders and I am sure he will act appropriately. India have got Anil
Kumble who is one of the best ambassadors for sport. Its unfortunate
though that he has been selected as captain so late.

It does not really matter if India has lost the Sydney test; of course
it will be on the records as 2-0, but history do not work or
appreciate teams or performances on records. This will be remembered
as a controversial test match in which the Indians stood upto the
challenge in all the ways. There was a time in history when history
itself was created by a handful of media people, its no longer the
same now. Believe me, the end result is short-lived in Sports; it will
be the character which will be remembered for ever.

Let me go back to the night's party, its still on. Cheers !

You must be smoking some good stuff in your party!

I am just kidding here.

I must say, well said or written. But what I fear most that 10/15
years from now you will hear only the part that this so called 'great'
Aussie team equaled 16 wins in a trot. No mention of the other
situations.

You ought to do something so that it is also recorded in the same
sentence. So, withdrawing the top 5-6 players will do that without
totally aborting the tour. Although I don't mind aborting it
altogether; I have lost total interest and I look forward to the next
series; but again, I feel for the Aussie cricket fans.

Best Regards,
Halekala

You are not right mate. The match will be known as a win for Aussies
by 122 runs - controversy notwithstanding. That is why end result is
not short lived - it goes in record books. Your "decent" Anil Kumble
said that this game moved from within India's grasp to a victory for
Aussies - primarily due to some horredous umpiring errors.

To make the matter worse Bhajji was banned on the words of 4 Aussies,
unless you have been watching some other cricket game, the integrity
of aussie players is suspect at best.

The umpiring and Bhajji issues should be sorted out before anything
else happens, keeping these two things lingering will lead to a
spillover in 3rd test and all the future matches.

It is time to bring technology in the game and reduce the burden on
the umpires -- the oldfashioned types can play club cricket and take
the word of the umpire. Unlike oldtimes International cricket is high
stakes affair --- it is not just a sport,  so ICC needs to get on with
program.

You bet! The Bhajji issues and umpiring issues will be sorted out
before the next match starts. ICC is just an ordinary bunch of folks,
why would they want to annoy BCCI. ICC have not grown up enough, nor
do they care about developing sportmanships. Otherwise they would have
horse-whipped some Aussie players long back. And everyone likes money.
