1. SRT
2. Sehwag
3. Dravid
4. Dhoni
5. Kaif
6. Kartik
7. Pathan
8. Agarkar
9. Harbhajan
10. Zaheer
11. Munaf

Go with 5 bowlers. Pathan can't do worse than Mongia as a batsman.
Kartik
comes in for Raina. Since Cape town also encourages spin, we have
Tendulkar
and Sehwag as the 6th bowler in case need arises due to Pathan getting
hit.
No experimentations please with Pathan's batting order. Top 4 batsmen
should
be the best batsmen on form.

I would not bat Dhoni so high. He should come at number 6.Also, my team
(and batting order)would be,
1. SRT
2. Sehwag
3. Dravid
4. Kaif
5. Mongia
6. Dhoni
7. Pathan
8. Agarkar
9. Harbhajan
10. Zaheer
11. Munaf
Why Mongia you ask? Just cuz he can bowl and is probably no better or
worse than Kaarthik.

How can you come to that conclusion? Mongia has done***after a 50+
comeback against Aus (which too was not an inspirational innings in any
way). Kartik has done pretty well in the Challengers and according to
me is
an agressive bat and a much cleaner hitter than Mongia. We need to give
chances
to others especially when the team is not doing well.

They need to play everyone who can play new ball with pace-that means
Jaffer is in.
Sehwag can come in at #3. Kaif is not going to be useful in the playing
X1. He can be great substitute fielder.
Hari Singh is not going to be effective;get kumble or sreesanth.
For a competitive game,it needs to be:

srt,jaffer,sehwag;dravid;pathan;dhoni;raina;aggy;kumble/santh;khan;patel.

Suresh Raina was exposed as a fraud in the 2nd ODI
So, for the 3rd ODI it would be

Shewag in for Jaffer
Kaarthick in for Raina

I will give Kaif one more chance. The worst indictment of Suresh raina
was that Kaif looked marginally better in the 2nd ODI
