WI Stuff ( Bishy and the record, Red Stripe, etc )

Question. Whats the record for the fastest hundred wickets in
ODI's ?? I know Waqar broke Lillees record recently, but was it 59 games
or 69 ?? Cos I know that Bishy is currently at 82 wickets off 48 games, so
he has a shot at it. If its 69, ought to be a breeze  - if its 59 it may
be a close run thing tho I think he'll get there.
And of the Red Stripes, can someone clarify how exactly it works ?
After these round-robin games are done, what then ? Is it a points-basis
winner, or is there a knock-out elimination as well ?
And of the Red Stripes, this weekend, picked up some stuff from
the beeb. Jamaica had a 140 odd lead on first innings against Leewards (I
think, tho it may have been Windwards), and Leewards (or WIndwards) were
30 odd for 3 in their second attempt.
Barbados were chasing WIndwards (or Leewards - the other one :-))
360 odd, and were 240 odd for 5.
Guyana had 362 I believe inthe first, and Trinidad and Tobago were
100 for 8 in response !! Still need like 130 or so to make Guyana bat
again (i believe).
These scores are form memory, so dont hold me to the exact runs.
Oh, BTW, any details provided by anyone would be greatly appreciated (like
scorecards :-) ) Didnt there used to be this guy called McBean on the net
years ago ? *hint,hint* :-) :-)
Also, BTW, after the first 2 games. Dujon was going great guns,
had a 109 odd in the first game, and 170 odd out of 370 or so in the 2nd
game. Iam sure lots of people would like to see him picked again - might
be WI's only weakness, not having a good batting keeper and a longish
tail. WOuld round off the team perfectly, IMHO, and give Murray some time
to develop . Any chance of it, does anybody think ??
Finally, Dhaniram had 78 or so in the first game, and 160 odd in
the 2nd. Should _he_ be there instead of Simmons ?? :-)

Sadiq [ who's trying to follow this stuff ] Yusuf

P.S. BTW, Lara is not returning to WI directly, hes going to play for
Northern Transvaal in a OD competition. ALso, SImmons will play for Border
I think. DOnt know of anyone else. Bet'ya Trinidad aint thrilled about
this :-)

From memory, its 4 points for a draw, 4 points (it could be 8) for 1st innings
points and 16 points for a win.  I seem to remeber that leading on 1st innings
but losing a game gives you eight points, but I'm not 100% sure.  But I know
definitely that drawing a game with a first innings lead does give 8 points.

The upshot of this is that it encourages results, rather than batting or
bowling bonus points, and so more attacking cricket.
