My guess is its probably Kapildev.
Of course, Mr. Azharuddin also has assets of around 1 Billion rupees or
more due to his earnings from bookies and then getting involved in
match fixing and also he has made money by betting himself. (As he knew
his team is going to lose (thanks to him) he further made himself rich
by betting on the opposing team).
BTW 1 Billion rupees amounts to roughly 25 million US dollars.
